Designed for students of all ages, these hands-on experiences delve into the exciting world of STEM careers, the people of aviation, and provide a dynamic platform for project-based learning to unveil their unique skill sets. Get ready for an educational journey that will inspire, educate, and elevate the next generation of innovators.

Discovering Aviation
Dive into the thrilling world of aviation with full access to all our exhibits and interactive displays. Engage with our cutting-edge touch screens, take the controls in our flight simulators, watch planes from an active airport taxiway and embark on a journey through the history of aviation—from the pioneering Wright Brothers to the groundbreaking technology of modern drones. Whether you’re maneuvering a virtual aircraft or exploring the science of flight, every experience will captivate and educate.

An enrichment packed field trip with engaging educational opportunities from arrival to departure that includes STEM-based experiences in the museum gallery and makerspace that highlight the aviation community and STEM careers. These programs have been targeted by grade level to meet State Standards and align with instructional targets.

A targeted and guided hands-on STEM experience offered in the Honeywell Makerspace. Designed to align with State standards and classroom instruction, these workshops allow students to design and explore while following the engineering design process and exploring aviation.
